14-day money-back promise. If the season pass is not for you, write to us within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email dani@vivafreeride.com with the email address you bought with and, if you can, your order number. You can also request a refund through the receipt from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within a few days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the code

After a refund the pass code is switched off. The free St. Moritz resort stays free.

Problems instead of a refund?

If the game does not run on your device or a resort will not unlock, write to us first. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot, you get a refund even after the 14 days.

Your legal rights

This promise is on top of your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not limit. The seller of record is Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to the purchase.
